Appointment Cancellation, Reschedule, and No-Show Policy
Thank you for choosing Dental Wellness of Westlake Village for your Dental care.
Dental Wellness strives to provide each patient with the highest quality of care while attempting to accommodate your schedule. We realize that emergencies and other scheduling conflicts arise and are sometimes unavoidable, however, advance notification allows us to offer your time to another patient who is in need of services.
To ensure we manage our schedule effectively and offer the time slot to another patient in need, we request patients notify us at least 3 business days in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests with less than 3 business days may result in a fee of $55 charged to your account. No-show patients may have to pay a fee of $55.
Please note we consider exceptions for unavoidable emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
